All decorative beads are made of Polymer Clay, a man made material composed of PVC resin, plasticizer, and pigments. It usually contains no clay minerals, and is only called "clay" because its texture and working properties resemble those of mineral clay. It is soft and malleable at room temperature and is then hardened and fused permanently with heat. It can be shaped like clay, carved like wood and buffed like stone. I can mix and blend colors to create endless variations. I hand roll each bead. Each piece is one of a kind, although, some may be similar in design and color. I am continuously learning and experimenting with styles and techniques so there is always something new.
